MtDNA Haplogroup J?

Hello,



I'm sure there are some of you who are much more knowledgeable in the area of genetics than I. What mutations define mtda haplogroup J? The reason I am asking is that I recently tested as having mitochondrial haplogroup J (via the Netherlands). I have no mutations in HVR1 and the mutations I have in HVR2 seem that they can be present in haplogroup H (I could be wrong). The HVR2 mutations I have are 195 C, 263 G, 309.1 C, and 315.1 C. Thank you in advance for any information, as it is appreciated.
